The two bedroom Lower Garden Apartment is 100m2 in size and sleeps up to six people.
The apartment offers fine views over the olive grove with wooded mountains as backdrop.
The layout is perfect for 2 couples with the bedrooms being located at either end of the apartment thus ensuring privacy and personal space for everyone. The spacious double bedrooms each have their own bathrooms.
The apartment is south facing and independent from the main house, with own driveway and private garden.
Lower Garden Apartment rentals are from Thursday to Thursday, however the changeover day is flexible during Mid and Low season.
The facilities include:
- Own private access with parking
- Two spacious bedrooms with double beds; one of the bedrooms also has a single bed plus en-suite
shower, toilet and washbasin
- Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, cooker, dishwasher and washing machine
- Lounge with comfortable sofa bed and dining area, including hi-fi, TV, DVD player and access to a selection of DVDs
- WIFI - Wireless broadband Internet access
- Bathroom with toilet, washbasin, bath and shower, hairdryer
- Large furnished terrace
- Private garden with comfortable furniture and gas barbecue

All prices above are per week in Euro and include bed linen, towels, pool towels and final cleaning.
We charge a small additional cost for a sixth person, please enquire.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the rental price is required at the time of booking and the outstanding balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival.
Baby cot, highchair and changing mat are available on request at a rate of €20 for the duration of your stay.
A refundable damage deposit of €200 is required on your arrival.
We accept payments in Pounds Sterling to a UK account or Euros to a French account.
Arrivals should be after 4 pm and departures before 10 am.
